Hi Q Tyres & Autocare is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to lead a fast-fit centre in Coventry.
This full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with a half-day finish on Saturdays, and salary depends on experience.
You will coach the team to deliver outstanding customer service, manage costs and margins, drive KPIs, and uphold health and safety standards.
MOT testing and hands-on mechanical work are essential.
