HiQ Tyres & Autocare in Erdington is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and uphold top customer service in a busy fast-fit setting. This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with a half-day Saturday finish, with pay depending on experience.
You will hold MOT certificate class 4+, have MOT testing and mechanic experience, and at least two years in a supervisory retail role. You’ll oversee costs, margins and safety while guiding the team to meet KPIs.
