Base pay range
We’re looking for a professional and attentive waiting staff to join our team serving our poker customers. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional table service to players, ensuring they stay refreshed and focused while enjoying their game. This is a fast-paced role where discretion, speed, and personality are key.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt and friendly food and drink service to poker players at the tables.
- Take and deliver orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organised service area.
- Build rapport with regular guests while maintaining professionalism.
- Work closely with bars, kitchen and poker teams to ensure seamless service.
- Support the overall guest experience by anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in hospitality or table service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work discreetly and efficiently in a gaming environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
- Be over 18 years of age.
