The Hippodrome Casino is seeking a Stewarding Manager to lead back-of-house operations, ensuring immaculate kitchens and compliant environments. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will manage the Stewarding Supervisor and a team of Stewards, coordinating shifts, cleaning schedules, and cost controls.
This full-time role (48 hours/week) requires flexibility to cover evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent maternity/paternity pay and extensive benefits accompany the package.
