Hippo, a Leeds-based digital consultancy, is seeking a Principal Business Analyst (Identity) to lead strategic identity discovery and delivery for senior clients. You will shape product direction, manage high-level scope and risks, and mentor other BAs while growing Hippo’s Identity capability.

This role requires deep IAM expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences across cross-functional teams.
