Hippo is a rapidly growing digital consultancy that builds and delivers transformative digital solutions for both public and private sector clients. We are looking for an experienced People Advisor to support our evolving workforce. In this role you will ensure that Hippos are supported and engaged throughout their employee lifecycle and help embed our values of being human, pragmatic and ambitious into people processes and policies.
Your Role in a Nutshell:
- Provide high‑quality advisory support to promote a progressive and positive culture.
- Support managers in navigating people‑management complexities while driving engagement and retention.
- Use a pragmatic, problem‑solving approach underpinned by data‑driven insights to help Hippo scale effectively.
Key Accountabilities:
- Employee Relations.
This will be their contracted office location. Depending on client needs, you may be required to work on‑site at a Hippo office or at an in/out‑of‑town client location for a number of days per week. We offer a generous relocation support package of up to £8k (please ask for terms and conditions).
