About the Role
- Already be an expert in content design
- Help clients explore and solve problems with user‑centred design
- Champion inclusive approaches and styles within content design
- Establish and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Be comfortable working in rapid sprint cycles
- Run workshops with your team and stakeholders
- Participate in Hippo communities of practice, including attending content crits and writing blog posts
- Support Hippo in recruitment, events, blog‑writing and winning new business

Agile and Multidisciplinary Team Experience
- Experience of Agile ways of working through the project lifecycle (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live)
- Experience of working with user researchers, UX or interaction designers and other members of a multidisciplinary team (for example, product owner, delivery manager, developers, business analysts)
