Hippo is recruiting senior consultants in service design to evaluate client ecosystems and lead strategic planning for client services. You’ll co-create new service propositions or evolve existing ones, and manage relationships across teams.
You’ll work with senior stakeholders, apply user-centered design and Agile practices, possibly acting as a service delivery lead. Occasional travel to client sites across the UK is expected.
