We truly value our staff – offering ongoing training, flexible shifts, and a supportive environment where you can make a real difference every day.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Do:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide person-centred care and support that promotes dignity, respect, and independence.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Assist residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support individuals in line with their care plans and individual needs.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with care teams.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Represent Hippo Staffing with professionalism and compassion in every setting.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous experience as an HCA, Support Worker, or Carer in a residential, nursing, or supported living setting.
