We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Estimating Coordinator & Administrator to join our growing Construction and M&E team in Trafford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimating Coordinator & Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting the estimating process from start to finish.
This Estimating Coordinator & Administrator role is ideal for someone with strong administration, coordination, and project support skills who can help keep estimating projects organised and running efficiently.
The Role – Estimating Coordinator & Administrator
As an Estimating Coordinator & Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the estimating function by coordinating projects, organising documentation, and assisting with material assessments and quotation preparation. The successful Estimating Coordinator & Administrator will work closely with estimators, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quotations and project information are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities for the Estimating Coordinator & Administrator
- Coordinating and supporting the estimating process
- Assessing material requirements and assisting with project preparation
- Organising and compiling information for quotations and estimates
- Providing administrative support to the estimating team
- Managing documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
- Supporting quotation preparation and office coordination
- Assisting the Construction and M&E estimating team with day-to-day administration

The ideal Estimating Coordinator & Administrator will be:
