We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Carers and Support Workers to join our agency team, delivering high-quality care across care homes, nursing homes, and supported living environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect, and independence.
  • Assist residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.
  • Follow care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.
  • Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures.
  • Represent Hippo Staffing with professionalism and compassion.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Carer, HCA, or Support Worker (minimum 6 months UK experience).
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete our training).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • Valid DBS (preferably on the Update Service).
