The Role

As a New Car Leasing Consultant, you’ll be responsible for helping customers find the perfect new vehicle and funding solution to suit their needs. You’ll manage enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle delivery, providing expert advice and delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way. Working with both personal and business customers, you’ll build strong relationships, provide tailored quotations, and help customers navigate the leasing process with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound enquiries from prospective customers.
• Building rapport and understanding customer requirements.
• Providing tailored vehicle leasing quotations across a wide range of manufacturers and models.
• Following up leads and maintaining regular communication throughout the sales journey.
• Converting enquiries into orders through a consultative sales approach.
• Liaising with suppliers, funders, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintaining accurate records and pipeline management through CRM systems.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry to vehicle handover.
