We’re looking for a top-tier individual to join our growing team at Hippo Labs doing important, impactful work in the healthcare technology space.
As a Founders’ Associate, you will work across the business, helping us to build and scale our business and its functions. You’ll work closely with our senior leadership to drive critical initiatives forward and carry out a variety of tasks that help us achieve our mission as a company.
As an early stage start-up, we’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of multiple different workstreams. You’ll need to learn fast, wear multiple hats and achieve excellent outcomes for the business as we grow rapidly.
You’ll be based predominantly at our Head Office in London (SE1) with some flexibility to work from home as needed. We’d prefer full-time candidates based in London but we’re open to part-time candidates as well for the right person.
The salary range for this role is £40,000 – 60,000 per annum WTE, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing in this role

Drive the company forward: Work with our CEO (Sachin) and CTO (Ali) on critical business initiatives to drive the company forward.

Product strategy: Help develop and refine our product strategy and roadmap to build exceptional tools that drive efficiency in GP practices.

Kitchen Sink: Take ownership of a wide range of tasks to meet the company’s objectives. For example: developing case studies, bug finding, CS/Sales support, building a marketing function, rebuilding our website, planning team socials, managing our roadmap, writing pitch decks.

Project leadership: Proactively suggest and lead initiatives, taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

Systems and tools: Use our tools (e.g. Asana, Gitlab, Notion) and bring in any others you’ll need to be as efficient and effective as possible. Constantly be thinking about improvement.
This is our most wide-ranging and business critical role. We’re looking for someone who is willing/able to work smart, work hard and do whatever is required to push us forward. While we know we’re asking for a lot right now, the role will evolve as the company grows and serves as an excellent springboard for those interested in eventually leading key areas of our business.

Preferred but not required:

1-2 years of experience in high-performing roles, whether in start-ups, corporate settings, or entrepreneurial ventures.

Some experience in healthcare, particularly GP Primary Care, is a bonus, but not a requirement.

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum (WTE).

Location: London (SE1) – we prefer working together in the office, but you’ll have the flexibility to work from home when needed.

Hiring process: Our process will be c. 3-4 stages after application including a case study and a detailed in-person interview at the end. We’re looking to complete the process by mid-February.
