About the Role
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our client's team remotely working from home, ideally located in the Greater Manchester/surrounding area! Our client is a small reputable plumbing and heating company looking to expand their team with the appointment of an administrator.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, via phone or email.
- Assist with work allocation to the engineers.
- Send quotes once generated by the relevant team.
- Update spreadsheets/databases with new work and completed works.
This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home full time. All the required tech like a laptop and mobile phone will be supplied by the company. The ideal candidate will be someone with at least 3 years experience in an admin/customer service-based role.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM. However, these hours can be made flexible to fit around childcare/school pickups and drop-offs.
