Dunstan Court in Cambridge is looking for a Homecare Assistant to provide compassionate support to residents, helping them live independently in a safe and comfortable environment. This part-time role (15 hours per week) is ideal for individuals with a caring nature, whether they have professional experience or transferrable life experience in supporting others.

About the Role:

What you’ll do:
- Work with the Care and Support Manager to deliver a high standard of companionship, care and support to tenants in the scheme enabling them to maintain their independent living skills.
- Encourage their social interaction with family, friends, other tenants and community organisations.
About you:
- Aged 17 years or over
- A genuine desire to help others and make a positive contribution from day one
- A friendly, committed, flexible team player, with a compassionate person-centred approach
- Transferrable life experience, or experience of caring for others
- No care experience or qualification is necessary as you will be fully trained on the job.
