Position: Female Domiciliary Care Worker

Location: Feltham, Greater London, UK

About the Role

We are seeking to recruit experienced Female Domiciliary Care Workers who will provide personal care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes and in the community. You will also be part of our day and night sit service if you are available for this work.

Duties will include personal care, meal preparation, administration of medication, and other tasks to support the service user to live independently.

We have various shift patterns available, including full days and weekends. You must be fully flexible around the company needs to ensure, as part of your sponsorship, you are provided with the hours.

Main Duties

Some things you might do during a care visit include:

• Personal care – supporting them with showering, dressing, or even brushing their hair.
• Helping your clients with shopping and appointments.
• Promoting and administering medication.
• Providing companionship, as some clients want company to enjoy their favorite pastimes.

Qualifications

• You will need a Full UK driving license and your own vehicle to use for this job role.
• You must have experience in care, or have done GNM nursing or worked as a care assistant. If yes, please apply.
• You must have a good standard of written and spoken English for this role.
• Valid Police clearance/DBS.
• You must be willing to relocate.

• Earnings include holiday pay, better than most other providers.
• Mileage for using your own car for work and use of the company vehicle in emergencies (T&C Apply).

• Quoted pay based on an average of 40 hours per week.
• Sponsorship Tier 2 is available subject to covering your own visa cost, and you must complete and pass the probationary period. (T&C Apply)
