Position: Domiciliary Home Care Worker

Main Duties

1. Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or residential care settings.
2. Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
3. Administer medication and monitor health conditions as required.
4. Assist with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques.
5. Engage in conversation and provide companionship to promote mental well-being.
6. Keep accurate records of care provided and report any changes in condition to supervisor.
7. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
