About the Role

A reputable home care provider is looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to join their dedicated team supporting clients across Colchester and Suffolk.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals currently residing in the UK who are passionate about helping others and interested in building a long-term career in care. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication.
• Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity at all times.
• Travel between client locations in Colchester and Suffolk (driving licence required).
• Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to the care team.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families to ensure consistent, compassionate care.

Requirements

• Must Be currently residing in the UK
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship available for those who qualify)
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential—full training provided
• Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) – available for UK-based applicants only
