About the Role
Brand Empire Production is looking for a Customer Support Virtual Assistant with experience. This is a remote role and the successful candidate will be required to work for 8 hours per day, 6 days a week (Sunday off, 4 hours on Saturday). Time Zone for this role is UTC +2 (Croatia time), and shift timing is from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Main Duties
- Providing exceptional support to customers
- Managing sales inquiries
- Troubleshooting customer problems with handling products
- Preventing and resolving disputes on PayPal and Stripe
- Processing orders and creating shipping labels
- Calculating the price of products
- Creating renders and mockup designs
- Working with AI tools to create new content
- Managing social media outreach to influencers
Qualifications
- English Proficiency: Advanced level (C1-C2)
- Shopify Expertise: Advanced proficiency in managing and operating Shopify
- Shipping Label Applications: Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications
- Sales Skills: Strong sales abilities and experience
- Graphic Design Skills: Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and basic skills in Illustrator
- Office Suite Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Communication Tools: Experience with Slack and Gorgias app
- Social Media Management: Ability to manage social media accounts effectively
- Customer Support Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer support
- Dispute Resolution: Skills to resolve disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe
