THE ROLE

As Senior National Account Manager Grocery, you will:

  • Focus on driving growth in existing grocery accounts through the core sales fundamentals & strong buyer relationships
  • Drive new opportunities across your channels, driving listings of our fantastic products
  • Be an integral part of the largest revenue driving sector of the business, key to the health and success of Hip Pop
  • Be crucial in partnering with marketing on in store execution, future campaigns and NPD pipeline

Hip Pop exists to challenge the big pop brands with an alternative a range of drinks with clean ingredient list that are better for you made from real fruit, gut friendly live cultures and fibre. Hip Pop drinks are low in calories and never made with sweeteners. Most importantly though, Hip Pop tastes great. It's a proper good pop.

The brand's attitude is refreshingly honest and light-hearted view of the world serving those who seek better, more wholesome life and good feeling that lasts by making better choices - products we consume, people we surround ourselves with and experiences we go through.

Our products include multi-award-winning soda, kombucha and CBD kombucha. Today, we are available for consumers nationwide with distribution through national retailers such as Sainsbury's, M&S, Waitrose, Co-op, Morrisons, Booths and Bidfood, to name a few. Hip Pop has experienced remarkable year-on-year growth since launching in 2019 and we're based in the heart of Manchester city centre (Deansgate).

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Essential:

  • 4+ years in account management with track record of success in both/either blue-chip FMCG or Challenger Brand
  • Experience on at least two key grocery accounts
  • Strong commercial Acumen- comfortable with P&L management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable analysing a variety of data
  • Good communication skills & team mentality
  • Get-stuff-done mindset
  • Passionate about health & wellness, food & drink & challenger brands
