Join Hip Hideouts. Hip Hideouts is looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We specialise in exceptional ski chalets, beautiful places and unforgettable experiences across the Alps. Over the years we've built a loyal following, a distinctive brand and a reputation for doing things differently — knowledgeable, personal and quietly confident.

Based in our Bristol city-centre workspace, you'll help guests discover and curate extraordinary ski holidays while building lasting relationships with a discerning client base. This is primarily an office-based role within a small, close-knit team, with some flexibility around working hours to accommodate our clients' booking needs.

As part of the role, you'll also have opportunities to travel to some of Europe's leading ski resorts, attend marketing and sales events, and experience the destinations and properties you sell firsthand. Each December, you'll also be expected (the enjoyable kind of expected!) to join the team in Val d'Isère for the start of the winter season—a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the brand, connect with partners and experience the Hip Hideouts product at its best.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has completed a winter season with a high-end ski operator.
  • Is intelligent, organised and commercially minded.
  • Has the confidence and polish to represent a premium luxury brand.
  • Loves people, hospitality and sales.
  • Is driven to exceed targets and grow with the business.
  • Wants to build a long-term career within a growing luxury travel company.

Salary: £24,000–£27,000 basic

On-Target Earnings: £35,000–£40,000 in year one, £50,000+ in year two

If you're looking for more than just a sales role and want to be part of a growing, design-led travel brand with big ambitions, we'd love to hear from you. Send your CV to hr@hiphideouts.com
