Reporting into the Service Team Manager, following a comprehensive training programme, you will be responsible for carrying out installations, repairs, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of hand equipment as well as semi and fully automatic end of line packaging machinery. Main Responsibilities
- Installation, repair of semi- and fully automatic industrial packaging machines and tools at customer sites
- Providing support and assistance for technical improvements, changes and troubleshooting at customer sites
- Providing training and ensuring preventive maintenance to avoid mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Be proactive and reactive in using the machines correctly
- Work with other departments; you will receive practical and administrative support from our clients' back office and technical service with regard to planning, orders, parts, technical advice, etc.
