We're partnering with Collegiate UK, a market leader in purpose-built student accommodation, to recruit a
Marketing Campaign Manager as they continue an exciting period of growth.
This brand-new role has been created to take ownership of marketing across Collegiate UK's growing portfolio of third-party clients.
You'll act as their key day-to-day marketing contact, building strong relationships and leading integrated campaigns designed to deliver against commercial objectives, drive occupancy, increase enquiries and grow revenue.
What you'll be doing
- Owning multi-channel campaigns across paid media, CRM, websites, social, content, partnerships and events
- Building strong, trusted client relationships and becoming their go-to marketing partner
- Leading client meetings, reporting on performance and confidently presenting recommendations
- Using campaign data and commercial insight to continually improve results and ROI
- Leading the marketing launch of new student accommodation properties
- Coordinating internal specialists and external agencies to keep multiple campaigns and projects moving
What we're looking for
- Passion, energy, tenacity and resilience - someone who genuinely cares about delivering great results
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the drive to take ownership and make things happen
- Excellent client and relationship management skills
- Confidence leading client meetings, reporting on performance and presenting recommendations
- Strong digital marketing knowledge across areas such as paid media, CRM, SEO, websites and CRO
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to use data and insight to improve performance and ROI
- The ability to juggle multiple campaigns, clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience marketing to student, Gen Z or younger consumer audiences would be highly advantageous, whether gained within student accommodation, property, hospitality, higher education, an agency or another customer-focused sector.
