We're recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector for a Digital Marketing Executive to join its collaborative marketing team.
This is an opportunity to work across the full digital marketing mix, playing a key role in delivering campaigns that support business growth, occupancy and customer engagement.
This is a broad, hands‑on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact.
You'll be involved in everything from CRM and email marketing to website optimisation, SEO, paid media, content creation and campaign performance.

The Role
Working closely with the wider marketing team and external agency partners, you'll play a key role in planning, delivering and optimising integrated digital campaigns that support commercial objectives.
Your responsibilities will include
- Delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, CRM, website, social media and paid channels.
- Building and optimising customer journeys using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Managing website content, landing pages and user experience improvements.
- Supporting SEO initiatives and emerging AI search optimisation.
- Coordinating with digital agencies on paid media campaigns and website development.
- Creating engaging digital content, blogs and campaign assets.
- Monitoring campaign performance through GA4 and reporting tools, providing insight and recommendations.
- Using data, testing and customer behaviour to continually improve campaign performance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI tools.
About You
You'll have around 4+ years' experience in a broad digital marketing role, with the confidence to manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously.
We're looking for somebody with experience in
- Delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
- Website CMS management, SEO and user journey optimisation.
- Google Analytics 4 and campaign performance reporting.
- Email marketing and customer journey planning.
- Working with external digital agencies.
- Experience within student accommodation, property, hospitality, education or another consumer-focused sector would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
Just as important as your technical skills is your approach.
