  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
  • Advanced Excel skills and proven experience building financial models from scratch, including P&L forecasting, scenario analysis and overhead reporting
  • Experience working with large volumes of data, producing accurate and high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
  • A collaborative team player who can build strong relationships across the business; property, real estate or multi-site experience would be advantageous but not essential

Why Apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing national organisation with ambitious plans for the future. You’ll gain exposure to a complex, multi-site business model, take ownership of client relationships, and be part of a collaborative team where career progression and development are fully supported. Salary negotiable depending on experience.

If you are ready to take the next step in your finance career and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, we would love to hear from you.
