About the Role
As Multi-Site General Manager, you’ll be the operational lead across your portfolio, ensuring each property delivers outstanding service, safety and student experience. You’ll manage and develop your teams, build strong resident and university relationships, and take ownership of performance across customer satisfaction, compliance, finances and occupancy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate accommodation teams across all sites
- Deliver exceptional student experience and drive 100% occupancy
- Oversee check-in/out, summer turnaround and daily operations
- Manage budgets, P&L and arrears
- Ensure top-tier health & safety and ANUK compliance
- Handle wellbeing issues, complaints and out-of-hours escalations
- Build strong partnerships with universities, clients and local suppliers
- Recruit, coach and develop staff
- Support planned/reactive maintenance across sites
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in PBSA, BTR or multi-site management is desirable
- Strong management & team leadership experience
- Confident leading teams to achieve targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of P&L and operational performance
