Are you a detail-driven project manager with a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? We're working with a leading furnishing solutions provider in the residential property sector, and they’re seeking a Project Development Executive to join their growing bid team.

The company is well-established with a strong reputation across Build-to-Rent (BTR), purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), and private rental housing - working with investors, developers, and landlords to deliver end-to-end furnishing solutions.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, commercially focused project coordination position. You’ll work closely with the bid and sales team to manage live proposals and tenders from a delivery and pricing perspective, ensuring each project is accurately scoped, costed, and aligned with client needs. You’ll be working across departments (including sales, operations, design, and project delivery), helping shape and support high-value projects. You'll also join client pitches, representing the operational side of the proposal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the project coordination side of bids and tenders
  • Pull together all commercial and delivery elements: pricing, timelines, scope
  • Run internal meetings and ensure cross-team alignment on project goals
  • Work closely with the Sales Lead and often directly with clients
  • Identify potential project risks and flag early
  • Support smooth handover to delivery and project management teams post-win
  • Be part of client-facing meetings and presentations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven project management experience (essential) – ideally from property or residential development sectors
  • Familiarity with BTR (Build-to-Rent) is highly desirable
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Proficient in Excel and commercially astute

Why Join?

  • Join a well-established and growing business in a high-demand sector
  • Work in a dynamic team delivering exciting, large-scale residential projects
  • Get involved in visible, high-value bids with complex commercial elements
  • Be part of a collaborative and supportive culture, working closely with internal teams
  • Genuine opportunities for progression as the team expands and evolves
  • Hybrid working model with flexibility and autonomy

Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in-office)
