We\’re partnering with a leading and fast-growing provider in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector. With an expanding UK and international portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Mobilisation & Project Manager to support the successful onboarding of new properties and deliver key strategic projects across the business.
This role is at the heart of growth and transformation, working closely with internal departments, senior stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all mobilisation activities for new sites/portfolios, acting as the central point of coordination across departments.
- Develop and deliver structured mobilisation plans and checklists for UK and international properties.
- Own project timelines, risk management, budgeting, and post-mobilisation reviews.
- Drive strategic project work during non-mobilisation periods, supporting business improvements and process innovation.
- Build strong, transparent relationships with clients, delivering regular updates and managing expectations.
About You:
- Proven experience in project and mobilisation management, ideally within PBSA, Build to Rent, or residential real estate.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for process improvement, risk management, and client satisfaction.
- Experience working across international markets and with cross-functional teams.
- Project management qualifications are desirable.
This role is open to candidates based anywhere in the UK, with regular travel to sites required.
