We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to proactively build business within the Residential Real Estate sector. You'll be joining a leading provider of furnishing services to the residential property sector, delivering tailored solutions for the likes of build-to-rent developers, student accommodation, estate agencies, and more. As part of the business development team, you'll identify opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and secure deals within the UK property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build relationships with new clients across the residential property sector.
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate business via calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings/networking.
- Manage negotiations, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Work independently whilst collaborating with the wider team.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales experience, with the ability to create relationships and a strong track record of success in business development.
- 2+ years in sales/business development experience within the property sector (furniture business advantageous).
- Comfortable making cold calls and approaching new clients to generate opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- A true team player who actively engages and collaborates across the business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive sales efforts.
