We're partnering with a leading operator in the student living sector to appoint a Head of Regional Operations to lead a major regional portfolio across the South of the UK.
You’ll take full ownership of a significant region, overseeing a multi-site portfolio and a large team of General Managers. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive accountability, and champion high standards from the ground up.

The Role
- Lead a major residential/student accommodation portfolio across the South.
- Manage and develop a team of GMs; rebuild and strengthen teams where needed.
- Drive operational excellence across leasing, service, compliance, and presentation.
- Own regional budgets, KPIs, and deliver against commercial goals.
- Be present and on-site and supporting the day-to-day operations.
