We are working with a leading furnishing solutions provider in the residential property sector, who are seeking somebody with strong bid & projects experience to join their growing bid team. The company is well-established with a strong reputation across Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, and private rental housing - working with investors, developers, and landlords to deliver end-to-end furnishing solutions.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused project coordination position. You will work closely with the bid and sales team to manage live proposals and tenders from a delivery and pricing perspective, ensuring each project is accurately scoped, costed, and aligned with client needs. You will be working across departments (including sales, operations, design, and project delivery), helping shape and support high-value projects. You will also join client pitches, representing the operational side of the proposal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project coordination side of bids and tenders
- Pull together all commercial and delivery elements: pricing, timelines, scope
- Run internal meetings and ensure cross-team alignment on project goals
- Work closely with the Sales Lead and often directly with clients
- Identify potential project risks and flag early
- Support smooth handover to delivery and project management teams post-win
- Be part of client-facing meetings and presentations

- Proven project management experience (essential) β ideally from property or residential development sectors
