Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Massachusetts-licensed litigation attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join its Boston, MA office.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team, defending national consumer financial services clients across a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal court.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in career growth. You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.
Position Requirements:
- Must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing. An additional admission to the Rhode Island, New Hampshire or Connecticut Bar is strongly preferred.
- Available for some in-person workdays at the Boston, MA office to foster collaboration and team engagement.
- Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts and experience in mortgage litigation defense matters.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.
