As a Programme Controls Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership across one of the United Kingdom's most important nuclear infrastructure programmes. This is a permanent role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at Hinkley Point C. Flexible working arrangements are available. Day-to-day, you'll be required to:
Responsibilities
- Leading and integrating programme controls activities across the MEH Alliance programme.
- Establishing and maintaining programme controls standards, governance frameworks and reporting cycles.
- Leading schedule, cost, risk, change and forecasting reviews to drive programme performance.
- Developing, mentoring and resourcing a high-performing programme controls team.
- Producing programme performance reports and driving continuous improvement across programme controls capability.
Essential experience of the Programme Controls Manager
- Extensive experience leading project or programme controls teams within a highly regulated industry.
- Strong experience managing programme governance, reporting and performance frameworks.
- Demonstrable experience overseeing schedule, cost, risk, change and forecasting processes.
- Experience providing assurance, insight and performance analysis to senior leadership teams.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement within complex programme environments.
Qualifications for the Programme Controls Manager
- Degree in Engineering or Project Management.
