Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing first-aid and CPR certification programs.
- Monitoring global threats including natural disasters, political unrest, and travel risks, coordinating communication and response efforts.
- Ensuring physical security systems meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Public Health, Emergency Management or a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience required.
- Applicable certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, CSP, CHSO, WELL AP, or CEM preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in safety or security leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience in security services or intelligence operations.
- Proven experience in health and safety, physical security, or operational risk management (ideally in a global or multi-site context).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and establish programs in a matrix environment.
- Strategic thinker with operational execution capabilities.
- Inclusive and people-first leadership style.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, FEMA EMI, WELL Building Standards, and international safety regulations.
- Strict adherence to a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to comply with health and safety protocols.
- Be available to meet during various time zones and address after-hours situations.
- Domestic and international travel may be required up to 15% of the time.
