When you join Hines, you will work alongside innovative leaders and help shape our future. Helix, a Hines Company, offers property management services in the UK, focusing on prime central London offices.
You will be joining at a hugely exciting time for Helix with the opportunities that the acquisition by Hines brings, including the growth of the portfolio and an increased focus on ESG and technology. You will be fully responsible for overseeing and managing the service charge team, in addition to managing your own portfolio of properties.
- Accurately code, seek authorisation and process supplier invoices, credit notes and other transactions
- Complete supplier reconciliations
- Prepare supplier payment runs; these can be processed via manual cheques, BACS or other means
- Present payment runs to senior staff for authorisation
- Process payment runs
- Assist surveyors and accounts team where necessary
- Ad‑hoc tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting
- Previous experience with TRAMPS/Yardi
- Previous experience with Excel
- Proactive with excellent problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good numerical skills including computer literacy (Excel, Word, MS Outlook)
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- High level of organisational and administrative skills
- Able to use initiative and take responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
