Responsibilities
- As General Manager you will lead your team to create positive, memorable experiences for our residents while ensuring that properties meet operational, financial, and business performance goals.
- You will champion and execute company strategies related to property management operations, driving improvement and operational excellence.
- Develop the annual Business Plan in collaboration with Operations and Sales management.
- Monitor the plan through weekly forecasts.
- Manage contract negotiations with suppliers and partners.
- Actively participate in the commercialization of residence services for both B2B and B2C clients via various sales platforms.
- Implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs where possible.
- Review and analyze monthly reporting with the finance team for reporting to ownership.
- Manage teams, training, and job satisfaction alongside Operations Management.
- Coordinate and follow up on the Annual Occupational Risk Prevention Plan.
- Work on continuous quality improvement through analysis and execution of action plans.
- Oversee daily operations: check‑in, check‑out, cleaning, incidents, maintenance, etc.
- Maintain operational contact with B2B clients and follow up on agreements during their stay.
- Coordinate and support events held at the establishment.
- Comply with ESG policies and manage/supervise sustainability certifications.
- Ensure compliance with local and/or national legal requirements regarding the activity.
- Guarantee a warm and welcoming environment for clients, employees, and visitors.
- Ensure the residence provides a safe environment for living and working.
Qualifications
- Good level of general education.
- Experience using property management software is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and numeric skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Great knowledge and understanding of operations management with the ability to implement it effectively.
