Responsibilities
- Manage all general student-related queries and correspondence.
- Provide weekly performance updates to the management team.
- Ensure our Marketing Suite is kept up to date and ready for site tours.
- Make appointments and assist with viewings of the Marketing Suite.
- Participate in face-to-face marketing activities such as student fairs and experience programmes.
- Inspect flats, rooms, and kitchens during turnaround periods.
- Assist with the summer turnaround period, including resident check-outs and check-ins.
- Prepare documentation and welcome packs for new residents.
- Represent as Ambassadors for Front-Of-House.
- Manage, improve, and update office information systems.
