We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven UK Market Manager to lead Hinen’s market development and brand establishment across the United Kingdom. This is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing localised marketing strategies, building brand awareness, driving sales enablement, and forging strong relationships with installers, distributors, and retail partners.

About the Role:

  • Reporting to the GM, you will act as the primary marketing lead for the UK, working cross‑functionally with global product, sales, and marketing teams to tailor strategies that resonate with the UK solar and energy storage market.
  • This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer with deep experience in the UK renewable energy, consumer electronics, or home energy sectors who is excited by the opportunity to build a brand from the ground up in a fast‑growing market.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Development: Develop and execute UK marketing strategy aligned with global brand goals. Build brand awareness among UK homeowners, installers, and distributors. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for the UK solar/storage market. Define localised messaging and manage the UK marketing calendar.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns (digital, events, PR) to generate leads. Create UK‑specific marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, website content). Manage external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
  • Events & Trade Shows: Lead Hinen’s presence at key UK events (e.g., Solar & Storage Live UK). Organise installer training sessions, webinars, and roadshows. Support distributors and installers with co‑marketing programmes and sales tools. Build relationships with industry bodies and media partners.
  • Budget & Performance: Manage UK marketing budget and track ROI. Report on KPIs (lead volume, CAC, conversion rates) and optimise campaigns.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Feed UK market insights to global product/marketing teams. Align local campaigns with European and global strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience in energy storage, PV, or related industries.
  • Has more than 2 years experience in marketing and promotion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English (other languages a plus).
