You will partner with senior leaders, work closely with Trade Union colleagues, use insight and analytics to guide decisions, and oversee initiatives across engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.

This is a fixed term maternity cover and includes line management of team members with responsibility for their performance, development, and day‑to‑day support.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading People projects in talent, organisational development, and performance management.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it)
  • Strong employee relations expertise and thorough knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and external partners, including Trade Unions.
  • Confident people manager with experience leading and developing direct reports.
