About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Telephone Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering our intermediary sales plan. You will also support the Society's sales plan by developing and maintaining intermediary relationships to drive mortgage growth and ensure positive customer outcomes.
Key roles & responsibilities include:
- Support the Internal Sales Team Manager in delivering the Distribution Strategy.
- Responsible for the direction and oversight of the Telephony Team.
- Prepare and deliver reports in line with requirements from the Internal Sales Manager, Head of Sales and Distribution.
- Identifying opportunities to develop relationships where there is potential for growth.
- The preparation of enquiries for review at any forum assessing cases that require a detailed conversation.
- Ensure effective liaison and teamwork with other business areas to achieve a coordinated and integrated approach to developing business opportunities.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent knowledge of the mortgage lending criteria and process.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to assess risks.
- Target driven to ensure all KPIs of role are met consistently.
