The predicted salary is between 25185 - 26403 £ per year.
Grade 3, £25,185 up to £26,403 per annum pro rata plus standby and call out payments.
37 hours per week, 2 year fixed term contract.
Requirement to join an out of hours emergency call out rota.
We currently have a vacancy for a Labourer / Damp & Mould Operative within the Housing Repairs Team. The successful applicant will carry out works to tenanted and void council housing stock located in all areas of the borough. A van will be provided to travel between works.
Applicants will require experience of using appropriate tools of the trade, have health and safety training and be physically fit with the ability to carry out work at heights using a ladder. Applicants should be committed individuals, who are looking to make a difference to the high profile and priority services of the council.
