Responsibilities
- Support internal customers to maximize the use of technology
- Deliver high-quality ICT Service Desk experiences
- Implement new technologies and improve ways of working within the organization
- Provide proactive maintenance to ensure our technology remains in excellent condition
- Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Work within the extended Leicestershire ICT Partnership (LICTP) which may require travel between sites
