The predicted salary is between 21500 - 25000 £ per year.

A Customer Services Adviser Grade 4, Salary £25,584 to £28,624 per annum pro rata 27.5 hours per week, part-time, permanent contract.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Customer Services Adviser. We require a candidate who is committed to providing excellent customer service. You will be friendly and diplomatic, with good communication skills and enjoy working with the public.

As part of a dedicated team, working in a highly pressurised environment, you will ensure the delivery of a first-class and professional front-line service either by telephone, face-to-face, or in writing, including via email or web chat. As a first point of contact, you will greet visitors and handle a variety of requests, including complaints and complex enquiries about council services, such as Housing Benefits and Council Tax.

Applicants should be experienced within a customer service environment and educated to GCSE level or equivalent. You should be an excellent communicator with accurate IT skills.

We operate a ‘hybrid working' model with a mix of office-based, home, and remote working options, once full training is completed. The contractual base will be office-based with flexibility to work from home or remote locations within the borough.
