We require a Housing Triage Assessment Officer within the Housing Options Team to provide a frontline, customer focused housing service, triaging the needs of applicants facing homelessness and assisting them to proceed with their application.

Duties will include:

  • Providing advice and support to individuals facing housing difficulties.
  • Assessing the needs of applicants and determining appropriate actions.
  • Collaborating with other agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

Grade 4, £26,403 up to £29,540 per annum pro rata. 37 hours per week, 12 months contract covering maternity.
