Are you an experienced Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator in the estate agency business looking for a new challenge and would like to work in an independent growing estate agency that values its staff and also likes to have fun?

If so, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Hinchliffe Holmes is a well established family Estate Agents with offices currently in Northwich town centre and Tarporley village.

We are a friendly and welcoming team with a positive attitude and take time for enjoyment both in and out of work.

Due to recent changes and expansion with a new office, we are delighted to advertise full time positions with flexibility to work across our offices if required.

Previous experience as a sales negotiator in an estate agency is essential to take on the role as Senior Sale Negotiator.

We are looking for an organised, self-motivated individual who enjoys working as a team as well as progressing in their career. 1:3 weekends (shorter hours) with a day in lieu during the week.

Positive attitude, great communication, and excellent customer experience is key for this role and someone who is passionate about property.

Full Driving licence and access to a car is essential.

As a progressive agency, we offer training and development and you will also be supported in further estate agency study.
