We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior PA to support our busy Directors with a range of administrative tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop organisational skills, enhance office experience, and contribute to smooth daily operations. The Junior PA will be a vital part of our team, ensuring efficient management of schedules, correspondence, business development, and basic finance tasks while maintaining a professional, positive attitude.

Duties:

  • Manage and organise calendars, appointments, and meetings for the Directors
  • Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Business development outreach
  • Some basic accounting and finance tasks
  • Use of Microsoft Office
  • Supporting the Office Manager
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Support travel arrangements and logistics for meetings or events
  • Prior administrative experience or office experience is required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
