We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic day cleaner with a positive βcan-doβ attitude to join our friendly premises team at Hinchley Wood School. This important role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the school during the day, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Hours and pay: Monday to Friday β 20 hours per week. Hourly rate: Β£14.61 per hour, including holiday pay plus excellent defined pension - Local Government Pension Scheme. To commence ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning and wiping down surfaces.
- Supporting with hygiene and cleanliness throughout the school day.
Working pattern and requirements: A proactive approach, good communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a team are essential. You will be required to work daily, Monday β Friday, ideally 11.00amβ3.00pm, during term time.
