Family-run and client-focused, they manage a diverse portfolio of 100+ properties and over 300 tenants - including both national and independent businesses - across Yorkshire's charming market towns. The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a warm and welcoming team. You’ll be at the heart of operations, overseeing the entire rental process and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and high-quality experience for tenants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full property management process, from lettings to compliance
- Liaise with agents, arrange lets, and handle all related documentation
- Use in-house CRM and property management software
- Respond to day-to-day tenant queries efficiently and professionally
- Manage end-of-tenancy procedures, inspections, and deposit returns/disputes
- Handle renewals, rent reviews, and legal tenancy issues
- Ensure health & safety compliance across the portfolio
- Support the maintenance team with repairs and contractor coordination
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain high standards
- Collaborate with the accounts team on rent arrears and payment plans
- Update utility providers and council tax accounts during tenancy changes
- Maintain GDPR-compliant data handling
- Assist with development projects and conversions
- Promote the business and contribute to continuous improvement
