The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

This is a dynamic and mobile role where candidates will be expected to travel across NI & ROI to drive the commercial growth of our brands across key on-premise and off-premise accounts. You will be the face of our brands, ensuring their availability and visibility. You must have a flexible approach to work hours/days as required and a willingness to travel across a variety of locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for delivering the NI & ROI sales targets as agreed with the Sales Manager.
  • Day to day market and distributor management.
  • Manage On and Off trade outlets, ensuring distribution, visibility and pull through of HINCH brands supported by promo activity.
  • Liaison for distributors with central functions on all brand related requests.
  • Responsible for managing A&P in the market and providing transparency on A&P activities.
  • Responsible for checking invoices and ensuring timely payments.
  • Consistent high-quality reporting of market performance.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with the Market Planning.
  • Assist the Head of S&M with phasing and annual budget planning.

The Business Development Executive plays a key role in the team directly managing the business in our homeland. As well as delivering on the KPIs, the Business Development Executive needs to be our Local Hero by inspiring and enthusing others with their passion and knowledge of the brand and the category. They need to work through others by educating and building relationships with distributors and retailers. The BDE needs to build strong stakeholder relationships across the business through teamwork and collaboration.
