Your Challenge:
Position Purpose:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for sales of sponsorship programs to healthcare technology and pharmaceutical companies. This is a full-time position based in EMEA, requiring limited travel, mainly within Europe and Middle East. Essential Functions:
- Establish and develop relationships with existing and new clients through telesales and face-to-face meetings, to understand their priorities and challenges
- Create compelling programs for our clients by gathering information and conducting research, as well as collaboration with Key Account managers from EMEA and NA
- Track and manage pipeline and customer engagement daily (through Salesforce.com)
- Work with the sales fulfillment team to generate contracts and ensure professional service delivery of your clients’ projects.
What you will need to be successful:
- At least 7 years of experience in a b2b sales role or relevant education, preferably in Exhibition/Sponsorship sales.
- The curiosity to learn, listen and understand how technology and information can improve healthcare outcomes for all of us.
- Strong communicator who loves to interact with customers. Appetite to identify solutions for customers. Proud and confident to follow through to sales.
- Fluent written and verbal English. Additional languages helpful
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- No Salesforce.com experience? No worries! We will train you.
- The chosen candidate works closely with the Key Account Managers and reports to the Sales Director, EMEA.
